I’m Susanne. I’m a vegan (but I’m not a jerk about it). I used to be a science professor; now I’m a Beachbody health and wellness coach. I like to cook tasty vegan meals that anyone (well, most people) (except picky people) (and some people are picky and that’s that) would enjoy.

Hyper Chunky Monkey Breakfast Shake
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup cold soy, almond, or other alternative milk
- 1/4 cup cold coffee
- 1/4 cup cold water*
- 2 tsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 packet vegan chocolate Shakeology
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Check consistency: *add more water to thin out the shake, if desired.
21 Day Fix container equivalents: 1 red, 1 purple, 2 tsp (I don’t count the almond or soy milk because the calories are, IMO, negligible)
